Our new X range of nozzles is specially designed to provide excellent heat control at the gate and processes tough engineering materials like PC and Nylon. All Mastip components are designed specifically to ensure a broad array of gating options, durability of the system and unsurpassed part quality.

Designed as a family the X range nozzles share key components and offer unprecedented and consistent performance across the range. The X range consists of MX, BX and SX nozzles all sharing the same tips and gating configurations, resulting in many thermal gate options to suit your application. Valve gate options are also available for the MX and BX nozzles to suit demanding applications requiring either exceptional gate quality, higher flow rates or sequential filling. MX nozzles The MX nozzle is ideal for use in high cavitation hot half systems including those requiring close cavity pitching. BX nozzles The BX nozzle is designed to provide cost effective solutions for low to medium cavitation applications not requiring hot half construction. SX nozzles The SX nozzle is specifically designed for all single nozzle applications. Two independently controlled heaters provide consistent temperature control along the nozzle making it perfect to process the most difficult plastics.
