| Water Manifolds:
For the customer Smartflow offers a wide variety of manifolds
ranging from aluminum to modular. Single or parallel designs and
various port configurations provide many options.
|
Aluminum
Manifold:
Anodized for corrosion protection. Red and blue anodizing denotes
supply and return for cooling water lines. ¾", 1", and 1-1/2" NPT (F)
standard. |

| Flowmeters:
Smartflow flowmeters are ideal for monitoring water or oil flow,
and when used in conjunction with a control valve, permits precise
regulation of flow. Their modular design allows them to incorporate
temperature gauges and pressure gauges if so desired.
|
Mechanical
Flowmeter:
Durable, vane operated devices that provide visual indication of flow
rate in many different sizes and styles. Compatible with most fluids.
240 deg F temp rating. |

Tracer Flowmeter:
LCD electronic flowmeter displays flow rate, temperature, and BTU's
per minute. Temperature rated to 230 deg F. 2.5 to 8 gpm flow ranges. |

Speedbar Ejector Knock–Out System:
A pneumatically operated, quick connect and release knock-out
mechanism. It is used to "tie-in" the mold ejector plate to the press
injection system. An adjustable length knock-out bar that can quickly
compensate for variations in different molds. Bar length can be adjusted
up to 1" with increments of.006".
|

Thin Switch Limit Switch:
Designed to verify ejector plate return before permitting the mold to
close in injection molding machines. The switch is small enough to fit
inside the ejector housing. Reliable over 10 million cycles. High
temperature rating available. |
|

Selectable Water Air Purge:
A simple manual device that supplies cooling water to the mold during
processing or air to purge the water from the mold, cooling lines,
Supply and Return manifolds prior to a tool change. |
